We only have a few Terms and Conditions but please make sure you're aware of them before placing an order.
1. Paying for your products
You can pay for your products using card or Paypal.
2. How will my product be delivered
All items that are in stock will be dispatched as soon as we receive your order and full payment. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail, which takes up to 3-5working days to deliver. For items that are heavier than 2kg we will use Parcelforce (courier service) which takes up to 2 working days a tracking number will be sent to you with you order. For overseas and non mainland UK orders please contact us by e-mail for postage price. Free postage on slate products is only included for mainland UK.
3. What if I need to return the product?
We hope that you are happy with our products, but in the unlikely event you may return the items to us within 14 working days for full refund or exchange. All items must be unused and in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. Our returns policy does not apply to items that are personalised or commissioned. If your goods are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of their receipt by email and we will replace them. They must be returned to us together in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
